TRAINING BY WOMEN WHO KNOW SH*T is here to teach women of any size and fitness background how to properly take care of their mind, body and spirit through nutritious foods and movement.

All fitness training will be led by Ciji Moore, certified fitness specialist and owner of CFIT Training. All nutritional guidance will be led Amy Kihlstrom, certified nutritionist and owner of Nutritional Sage.

TRAINING BY WOMEN WHO KNOW SH*T offers a month to month membership:

🟠 all sessions are online

  • must have access to Zoom

  • 2 sessions each week


🟠 25 min total body training session to include:

  • mobility and stability warm-up

  • strengthening and defining the body through resistance training

  • creating better balance and stability through the body with core strength

  • cardio conditioning for fat loss



🟠 20 min nutritional session with Q&A
